		<description><![CDATA[I have had a problem with the term &quot;Cotton Ceiling&quot;.  This would appear to equate the &quot;glass ceiling&quot;.  I find this rather insulting.

The &quot;glass ceiling&quot; is limits in career in a corporate situation.  The &quot;cotton ceiling&quot; is at my crotch.  This is threatening.  I am having a lot of trouble imagining a female coming up with this term.   I think the trans people who came up with terminology owe females an apology.  Access to female crotches is not a right.]]></description>
